"When one teaches two learn" is the underlying principle of the Each One Teach One programme.

An older student teaches a young student. The younger student benefit from the experience and training imparted by the older student and is appreciative of the individual attention. The older student feels confident, responsible and is empowered to be a good citizen.

This simple yet effective philosophy that generates interest and enthusiasm in the student and the teacher, making it a Win-Win situation for both.

Most of the students come from economically challenged backgrounds, where scarce attention is paid to education, much less on their holistic development.

The each one teach one programme fosters holistic development by conducting various activities and programmes in school like personality development, vocational guidance , dancing, karate and providing the children with a nutritious snacks. Such positive intervention in the life of a child makes the child feels wanted and loved.

The each one teach one programme is spread around schools both in urban and rural areas and caters to the needs of about 2000 children. Today many of our children have become successful in the fields of Information Technology, Medicine, Architecture, Education and so on.
