The program caters to the adolescent children from the underprivileged background in the age group 12 to 15 years. It consists of provision for the school necessities along with a component of personality development and vocational guidance. Regular study classes and extra inputs for the excellence in academics is the core of the program.

The program aims to provide development opportunities to the underprivileged children in primary section (1st to 4th Std.) The activities include computer literacy, hobby classes, conversational English, reading and cultural get-together. A special emphasis on children in mentally challenged section is provided with various development programs.

Students from 1st to 7th Std are part of this program which provides them with opportunities to learn and do better in academics.
Ex-students’ Association
After finishing their SSC, students become members of EOTO’s Ex-Student Association. All the members meet once a month and various development programs are organized for the working and non working students. The members of Ex-students’ Association organize the annual function of EOTO.
Bangalore
Every year approximately 300 students from two municipal schools are being supported in Bangalore. The activities include study programs, educational outing, cultural program, scholarships, etc. the unique feature of the program is the strength of volunteers who support it.
Bhopal
In Bhopal 30 girls have benefited from the EOTO experience in the year 2006-07 from the Sarojini Naidu Girls School. The support included snacks, coaching classes and other school necessities and cultural events. Some of our girls are now working as teachers, beauticians and tailors.
Damote Education program
The project is located at Damote village near Neral, Matheran. It caters to young children in the age group of 4 to 12 years. These children belong to tribal community and economically and socially backward classes.
This project, through activities including study classes, library, scholarships and nutrition program, is striving for the overall development of these children.
Also Women empowerment through savings group and Bal Sakhi program is a unique feature of this project.
Thane District and Rural Maharashtra
Palghar project in collaboration with Dr. M. L. Dhawale Memorial Trust caters to the needy students from five local schools by providing the school necessities. The impact of the awareness and vocational guidance has led to increased confidence among students and has improved their academic performance.
Sahyadri Nisarg Jeevan Sanstha – (Badlapur)
This project has provided shelter to 30 orphans or single parent children from backward community. The children attend the near by school and all the necessities are looked after by the project.
Panchgani
The project caters to the school going children in village Kasad – Panchgani. The project support is by way of conducting hobby classes including drawing, painting and card making etc.
